SUMMER CAMP
K - 8th Grade
CGR Academy provides education and adventure with the "Living Classroom" model for all camps. We are a "technology free" zone. Students will receive a camp journal to write/record their language (English and Spanish or French), science, math and adventure lessons.
Our Project Based Learning program includes language acquisition through hands-on, engaging projects that students will take home! All campers will enjoy weekly field trips, including playgrounds, parks, museums, swimming and more!
Session I - CGR campers will explore Science with hands on experiments, fun field trips and splash parties! Featuring Botany, Astronomy, Material Science and Oceanography, students will learn around the world them through exploration, Project Based Learning and play, while enjoying daily immersion Spanish or French lessons.
Session II - Parents want to avoid the summer slide by practicing reading and writing. Kids want to play, swim and go on field trips. Let's do both! Back to School & Fun is designed for active campers that want to enjoy daily recess, water play and activities, while practicing English and math daily. Studies have shown that 30 minutes per day of reading and math reduces the "summer slide". Students will also have daily immersion Spanish or French lessons.

All camps include:
* IMMERSION - French or Spanish classes
* Small class size - 15 students maximum
* Weekly field trips/swimming at no additional cost
* Interactive, teacher led sessions
* Daily: Monday - Friday, 7:00 - 6:00pm
